The Kerfissien cove where the Ti Ann villa is located will shelter your moments of relaxation and invite you to rest all year round. In this living space for 6 people, you will find three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room, with a view of the port, a master bedroom with a sea view, a fireplace and a direct access to the terrace.

Our small beach is characterized by the imminence of the wave, by long laminaria which unroll themselves like ancient rolls of silk. You are in the heart of a country of tides, calm and storms, a story that has lasted forever, a childhood story with in the ear, and with the crashing waters. Here we cross a timeless line to climb to the top of the rock clusters of Ty Gard, which was once used by customs officials, a tiny dwelling nestled in the granite, like a mirage of stone.

Along the Gr 34, you will find the Amiets beach where you can practice all water sports, sailing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and which is only a stone´s throw from the nautical club.
Fishing on foot also has its place here, as well as very beautiful walks along our coasts by the GR34 coastal path.

The Nautical Club of Cleder (20 minutes walking, 5 minutes by car) offers numerous water sports ranging from windsurfing to catamaran (On Amiet beach). Feel free to contact them for reservations or information.
