It can accommodate 6 people with its 3 bedrooms, all offering a splendid sea view, its bathroom and its private shower room.
The splendid location overlooks the bay, for a breathtaking view over several kilometers. the sunsets are indescribable! Sea view from all rooms.
To go to the beach, you just have to go down through the garden and follow the GR34. The ascent is a little more sporty but such a location is deserved.
You will feel alone in the world and only the sound of the waves and the chirping of birds will disturb your naps!

The Plougasnou’s diving school, welcomes you in a conservation area and offers among other things, to meet gray seals.

The sailing school of Térénez, 5km away, has a sheltered body of water, open all over the bay and its islands and islets. You were looking for sensations, performance or just the serenity of a walk to discover the marine environment, you will be delighted.

The Kitesurf lovers will find a quality spot at the Primel Trégastel’s beach-, 5km.

To hike,the GR34 front the house, will offer wonderful landscapes of the Britain authentic bay of Morlaix (baie de Morlaix in french). This trail, 1600km long, made the tour of Britany, for the fans!

You are in Morlaix Bay (baie de Morlaix in french), one of the most beautiful in the world according to connoisseurs.Pougasnou, with its 17km of very jagged coast offering beautiful sandy beaches or small coves more intimate, but also wonderful typical pebble beaches. Earth side, you can discovered manors, chapels and calvaries.

Pointe Primel

At the forefront of Primel, customs officials from the hut, the highest point of the region, you see the Bay of Morlaix and the island of Batz. Marvelous!

-In few minutes you are in a beautiful site and you can enjoy seafood in front of the beach of Primel-Tregastel. The restaurant "La Part des Anges" waiting for you.

-In Saint-Pol de Léon, the “Auberge de la Pomme d´Api”, fifteenth century building, offers fine dining in a cordial atmosphere full of history.

Check in times

Arrivals are between 5pm and 7pm. If you are going to be late, please let us or the contact person know as early as possible so we can welcome you at the villa at the agreed time. Have a safe journey.

Driving directions

From Rennes, you follow up N12/E50 Morlaix. You exit at Morlaix-center, towards Plougasnou by taking the D786 then the D46 to PLOUGASNOU. You can then follow to your left at the first roundabout direction GUERZIT.
