Vedettes BréhatAboard one of Bréhat speedboat, it will take you about ten minutes to cross from the Pointe de l´Arcouest, to dicover Bréhat in full freedom. Bréhat is an island to explore on foot or by bike. Surrounded by pink granite and a 6 miles coastal path, Bréhat pffers strollers a sumptuous panoramas of wild and preserved Brittany.

Loguivy de la Mer is a fishing village once famous for the blue lobster fishing. This hiking loop will take you from the quiet Bay of Gouern to the peaceful and famous Bay of Launay also called "Sorbonne Beach", and then to the Pointe de l´Arcouest, pier to Bréhat Island. You will enjoy splendid panoramas on the Archipelago of Bréhat .This path of 990 miles path have the particularity to surround Brittany. Perfect for amateurs!

Ploubazlanec is a lovely port full of caractere in the north of the Côtes-d´Armor department. The town of Ploubazlanec is bordered by the Channel, about 12miles of coastline and covers 6 mi². It is located on the Goëlo coast North-East of Saint-Brieuc bay and the Saint-Brieuc Bay nature reserve.The fishing port of Loguivy is located at the entrance of Trieux.

 Coquilles st jacquesThis charming little port is famous for its coquilles Saint-Jacques (scallops) which are the subject of an annual festival (alternating with Saint-Quay-Portrieux et Erquy).The port of Loguivy is also famous for its Loguivy-de-la-Mer World Championship of  "pop-pop" motor boats.Strangely, unlike most of the steeple in France, the weathercock has been replaced here by a fish to indicates the wind. The village is mainly made up of fishermen´s houses transformed sometimes into pretty second homes. Lénine stayed in Loguivy during the summer of 1902. Tristan Bernard, for his part, established here his second home in the early twentieth century. 

Markets in the Trégor are numerous, and every day, you will find one of them only a few minutes away from the house. the market of Ploubalzanec, every Sunday morning, is on François Mitterand’s place and Paimpol’s market is every Tuesday morning.

The restaurant Au Grand Large, two-minute away by foot from the house, welcomes you all year long and offers good food. It has a panoramic view on the port. The gourmet cuisine of this establishment revolves around fishes and freshly caught seafood from the area.Relaxed atmosphere and good mood for La Frégate pizzeria in Loguivy.Gourmet restaurant and sought-after cuisine for the restaurant La Vieille Tour in Paimpol.

Check in times

Arrivals are between 5pm and 7pm. If you are going to be late, please let us or the contact person  know  as early as possible so we can welcome you at the villa at the agreed time. Have a safe journey.

Driving directions

From Paimpol, take the west direction Rue Sylvain Bertho towards rue Pierre Feutren, then turn right on rue Pierre Feutren. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit rue Poulgoic / D789. You have arrived at Loguivy de la mer, your holidays are starting ...


Brest-Guipavas Airport at 140km approximately.

The aérodrome of Ploujean-Morlaix will sometimes bring you a solution.

Other transport

In Paimpol (4km) you will find a TGV Station. Paris-Paimpol in 3h30. 

Many visitors arrive by the Roscoff ferry terminal (120km). Two companies share the market, Brittany Ferries and Irish Ferries.The destinations are Plymouth, Cork and Santander.
